My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were comfortable with amenities like AC and free WiFi in the lobby, yet there were issues with water leaking from the uncurtained loo window. The service, though somewhat accommodating, had a hiccup with a double-booking but redeemed itself with helpfulness. The location was decent, not far from the Historic Centre and Shopping Mall, making it convenient to explore. The dining options were satisfying though not exceptional. Despite some flaws, the stay was overall pleasant and relaxing.
